It doesn’t end!

Disc golf courses are living, breathing things. They change over time. This tee had experienced years of erosion from rain water run off that flows by from a nearby road. Wear on the concrete pad itself has made it very slick and that combined with the dropoff could be dangerous.

Here we have the old teepad:

I created a retaining wall and backfilled with recycled crushed concrete. I cleaned the pad and installed golf green turf pad with 1/4″ foam backing. The pad was adhered to the teepad with turf glue. The result is a safe follow through area, reduction in future erosion and a resurfaced tee. While I let the glue set I even did some high canopy trimming to finish out the day.
